You may think you save money by doing everything yourself, but the fact is that a qualified bookkeeper will save your more!
As well as freeing up your time to focus on the growth of your business (and handing you back some of that all-important work-life balance), you’ll reduce the risk of costly accounting errors.
Whether it’s recording expenses correctly, chasing payment more promptly or completing your VAT returns in time, a good bookkeeper will quickly prove their worth. From the time and money savings, to the benefits of expertise and experience, hiring a bookkeeper makes good business sense.
And let’s be honest – you hate doing it yourself!
I’m Jo Jones – I work with small to medium sized Limited Companies to help keep your accounting records in spotless order. I’m office based (in Hertford) and mainly work remotely with meetings either face-to-face or video.
I can implement online accounting systems and processes where they don’t already exist, or work within (or to improve) your existing process. I’m not a “bag of receipts” bookkeeper – but don’t worry, I’ll introduce you to a range of easy-to-use apps to simplify and speed up the handover of information and keep your records up-to-date. Piles of paper receipts will be a thing of the past – ‘snap it and bin it’ is the way forward!
I’m accurate, efficient and easy to work with and, really importantly, I’m an excellent communicator who you can happily trust to speak directly with your customers and suppliers if required.
